The cottage is situated in central Slovakia, 20 km north of Lucenec in quiet part of the village Divin, lying by the water reservoir Ružiná. Beautiful surrounding countryside of the dam offers an ideal place for romantic walks and cycling. You can visit the ruins of the Divin Castle or the Divin Mansion. Surroundings enjoy also mushrooming enthusiasts. One of the warmest dams in Slovakia provides water sports and fishing opportunities.

Property with a beautiful garden consists of living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen equipment includes cooker, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. Of course there is kitchenware. Each room has 3 beds and one extra bed.

You can spend your free time in garden, which is suitable for recreational sports, and comfortable sitting by fire. Parking spaces are in the enclosed area of the house. Fenced yard contributes to the safety of small children who can play happily in the garden.

Owners of houses occasionally stay in the property - in a separate part of the house, respecting your privacy.
