The apartment house is situated in a quiet environment of Liptovská Teplička in the Low Tatras, 20 km from Poprad. It is 3 km away from Ski Park Teplička Ski Resort. The property offers accommodation in five modernly furnished apartments. Each one has a TV, a kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The kitchenettes in the apartments have a ceramic hob, a microwave, a kettle and a fridge / freezer. Each apartment has one double bed. The capacity of the apartments can be extended by 1 to 2 extra beds.

On the ground floor of the Apartment House Teplička, is a lounge with satellite TV, CD player and social games. In addition to the kitchenette in the individual apartments, guests can also use another common kitchen with dishwasher and other equipment to prepare meals.

The house also has a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Free WiFi internet access is available in the entire building.

On the ground floor guests will find a sauna.

At the apartment house guests can enjoy an outdoor seating and grilling or boiling goulash.

The entire building is non-smoking. The site is monitored by a camera security system. The rooms are locked electronically, the alarm is activated upon leaving the room. There is also a ski storage room on the ground floor.

Free car parking is provided in the private car park directly at the hotel.
