Renovated house with preserved architecture is situated a 5-minute walk from the center of Špana Dolina. It offers furnished apartment (apartment), consisting of three bedrooms, kitchen, large bathroom, toilet and lounge with open fireplace. Katarína Apartment is designed for up to 6 to 8 people.
 
Part of the house is a large garden with lawn, garden furniture and a trampoline. Guests can grill and cook in the garden. Parking is secured in a fenced parking area of ​​the house.

The apartment located on the ground floor of a stone house, which is 300 years old, will provide guests with comfortable accommodation.

One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds and the other two bedrooms have double beds. In the bigger double room with a double bed is also a sofa bed, which can be used for two persons.

The lounge has a open fireplace, TV with satellite and CD player. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area has a built-in electric double stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. Guests can connect to the Internet free of charge using a WiFi connection. Large comfortable bathroom offers a bath, shower, bidet and toilet. 

During their stay guests can use the outdoor terrace with a sitting area as well as a garden area with sun loungers and a large trampoline. 

In the center of Špania Valley guests will find a mining museum, a tennis and volleyball court as well as a beach volleyball. The surrounding area is ideal for lovers of beautiful nature and mountain biking. In the winter guests can ski in the nearby ski resort Šachtičky (9 km)
