The hotel is situated in the region of Horehronie in the village Heľpa, lying between the Low Tatras, extending to the north and to Muránska planina to south. Near the village, northeast of it is is lying the mountain Kralova Hola. Thanks to the great possibilities of the area, the hotel is suitable for those who prefer active holidays and recreation. Staying at the hotel will also appreciate those who loves relaxing in the wellness center.

The rooms are 2 - 4 beded, each room has its own bathroom, TV, hairdryer and free WIFI internet connection. There are also apartments for the discerning, possibly for families.

V marci som si rezervovala pobyt na víkend v hoteli. Dva dni pred príchodom do hotela som sa telefonicky ubezpečila, čo rezervácia platí atď. 2x mi zodvihla kuchárka a raz ani neviem kto, 4x šéfka, že všetko platí. Po príchode do hotela o 18:30 sme čakali na izbu pol hodinu, šéfka šla po kľúče. Nakoniec z toho bolo, že ona do našej izby už niekoho ubytovala lebo že ideme neskoro. Neskoro? S priateľom sme sa zložili v hale, kde sme sa aj prezliekali, lebo naša izba bola dostupná až o dve hodiny, tak sme šli na slávnosti. Šéfka nám dala kontakt na seba aby sme jej zavolali lebo vchod bude zamknutý, tak sme okolo polnoci prišli na hotel a čakali polhodinu pred hotelom, zima jak v Rusku. Volali sme, zvonili, nikto nikde.Keď nám prišiel nejaký personál otvoriť, povedal že nevie kde je šéfka, tá už bola na našej izbe kde nám montovala telku. Vyhnala som ju z izby, v ktorej koberec bol hrozný, kde telku ani nezapojila, pavučiny. Otras. Na druhý deň ráno, studené raňajky, čaj sáčok s čajom ani nevedel a môjmu priatelovi na želanie spravili volské oko, keď ho doniesli, oboch nás naplo, spálená umelina, evidentne mali čisto aj v kuchyni. FUJ! Napokon sme sa bavili s ubytovanými, čo sme ich stretli po chodbách hnusného hotela, ktorý len zvonka vyzerá úžasne, že ako sa im tu býva. Každý jeden sa sťažoval, dokonca pár na motorke býval v spoločenskej miestnosti, dva manželské páry okolo 55ky pani šéfka chcela dať na jednu izbu, vôbec sa nepoznali!!! Vrchol. Pani šéfke radím, nech hotel predá, nevie to robiť, sťažovali sa aj zamestnanci a všetci návštevníci hotela.
