Hotel SALAMANDRA

Salamandra Hotel is located in a beautiful mountain area of Stiavnica Hills on the outskirts of the village Hodrusa-Hamre. It stands at the ski resort, on the bank of a small lake (tajch), 9 km from Banska Stiavnica. It offers luxury accommodation in four-star category, a wellness area with pool and a restaurant with a bar. In the area of the hotel there are various sports activities opportunities and free Wi-Fi, too.

The hotel is well equipped for families with small children. Hotel offers for them playground, children's playroom, toilet seat, potty chairs in restaurant and ski school. Children will surely enjoy the mascot Salamandrik. If you would like to prepare special meals for a child, the hotel will lend microwave and kettle.

Hotel has 4 types of modern rooms. There are 24 standard double rooms, 9 family rooms and 14 suites. The standard equipment of rooms includes cable TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, mini bar and safe. There is a possibility to add an extra bed or cot in room.

Standard Stylish room offers the view of the scenery of Stiavnicke Hills or Hodrusa Tajch, Rooms are with bathroom, shower and toilet. Family room consists of two standard rooms, which are connected by doors. Each room has a private bathroom and TV.

For demanding guests there are prepared 2 types of apartments with a capacity of 4-6 beds. They are suitable for families with children. Each apartment has two bedrooms and one living room equipped with a comfortable sofa. This could be used as a bed. The bathroom has a toilet and bath or shower. Classic apartment has 3 beds and Superior has 4 beds. Basic apartment has its own kitchenette.

Rich buffet breakfast and various dishes of Slovak and international cuisine can be enjoyed in hotel restaurant. Wellness area offers sauna and hot tub. Massage services are also provided. Hotel has also a playground for squash. The complex includes a tennis court suitable for other ball games, too. The hotel has facilities for conferences for about 130 persons.

To discover the surrounding nature, go on a hiking or biking, depending on what you if you prefer. You can rent a bike at the hotel.
