The hotel restaurant is good and the personnel is friendly
Negatives:
The hotel owner is terrible - we will not go there ever again. On both days of our stay, there were big power outages (13 and 9 hours, respectively) which caused that many things did not work as expected in a good hotel (dark bathroom, most of the wellness area closed, cold water in showers, etc.). When we asked for some compensation (our 3-night stay was not cheap at all), the management was hiding away from us all the time. They ultimately offered us to stay one more night but that was on the day of our departure when we were packing (we could not stay anyway as we had other arrangements), and even then we would have to pay extra for all food. The personnel in the hotel looked helpless under the rein of the owner who obviously knows nothing but her own greed. Sad...
