Chata Bratkovica

The chalet is situated in central Slovakia, in the region Podpolanie. You can find it in the middle of the village Bratkovica belonging to the municipality Detvianska Huta, at an altitude of 875 meters above sea level. It stands south of the hill Chocholná in a quiet area of the Veporske Mountains. Is about 2 km away from the village Latky.

The property with maximum capacity of 30 beds, offers an ideal opportunity to accommodate a larger group. Thanks to its interior it is also suitable for several separate smaller groups. It consists of two main parts with a capacity of 18 and 12 persons.

The rear wing offers two 7-bed rooms and one quadruple room. In this section there are 2 furnished kitchens with electric stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and kitchen utensils. Bathroom is in the hallway (corridor). There are four showers and four toilets.

The second part is a separate floor (attic), where you'll find four 3-bed rooms, fully equipped kitchen, 4 showers and 2 toilets.

During your stay you can use the lounge with TV, pool table, table tennis, darts and board games. Before the house there is asphalt multi-pitch, suitable for football, basketball or even to floorball. Stick can be borrowed. The property features also a covered terrace, where you will also find a fireplace. The chalet does not serve meals; you can prepare your own meals in the kitchens.

In the surroundings you can go biking or hiking. Surrounding woods will delight the fans of mushrooming. You can visit the summer swimming in Hriňová. During the winter season you will find several ski resorts in the vicinity. Košútka and Látky-Prašivá are the nearest ski resorts.
