Cottage ŠPANKA

Spanka Cottage can be found in Horehronie region at the end of the mining mountain village Spania Dolina, less than 10 km north of Banska Bystrica. As it the stands on the southern slope, the cottage is heated by the sun's rays almost for entire day. Renovated cottage has been 70-year history.

The capacity of the property is 16-20 persons. Cottage consists of ground floor part and the first floor. On the ground floor you will find one 4-bed bedroom. Its entrance is from the hall. Next to this bedroom there is a room with a fireplace, which is connected to the hall. Modern fitted kitchen from which leads into the garden is also on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dining table and kitchen utensils. There is also bathroom with massage shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. The lower floor is heated by central or underfloor heating during the winter season, but you can also heat with fireplace.

Upstairs consists of 4 bedrooms. There are two four-bed, one double and one triple bedroom. Also on this floor there is one bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and washing machine.

At the cottage there is garden furniture from where you have a beautiful view of the Spania Dolina and the scenery of the Low Tatras. There are also garden grill, fireplace and wooden gazebo. If you would like to cook stew, there is a possibility to rent iron kettle.

Parking spaces for up to 4 cars are in the locked courtyard of the property. In winter it is recommended to use snow chains.

Heating, bed linen and equipment are included in the price.

All areas of the property is strictly no smoking. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are 700 meters. The bus stop is at a distance 70 m from the cottage.
