Cottage Pod Lipou Velka Raca

Renovated one-hundred-year-old Cottage Pod Lipou with folk elements typical of the Kysuce region stands on edge of Oscadnica near the recreation resort Velka Raca.

Interior of the cottage consists of ground floor and attic. On the ground floor you will find a furnished kitchen, large living room with sitting area with fireplace, bathroom with shower and toilet, a small bedroom with a capacity of 2+1 and a pantry with a fridge. Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave, electric 4-plate, kettle and cooking utensils. There is also a dining area, tiled stove and one sofa bed. The living room amenities include TV, DVD and video player. You can go from this room to the attic, where there is one 4-bed room with a double bed and two single beds. Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower and toilet.

The cottage has a glazed terrace where you can comfortably sit. You can play table tennis under the shed during your leisure time. In winter, the shelter is used for parking. The cottage has its own garden. You can spend quiet moments in a gazebo. It is furnished with barbecue and garden furniture. In the garden you will also find fireplace, garden shower and a 200-year-old lime tree with a swing. There is also a playground for ball games such as football, badminton and tennis. There are rackets and balls available.

In all areas of the cottage there is a smoking ban. Wooden house is heated by electric convector heaters and solid fuel. The capacity of the cottage is 8 persons. The area of the property with parking spaces up to 3 cars is fenced.
